Roof rejuvenation is a plant/soy-based oil treatment sprayed onto aging asphalt shingles. Texas heat and UV bake the natural oils out of shingles over time, leaving them brittle — this treatment puts those oils back, restoring flexibility and adding years of service life, for a fraction of what a full replacement costs.
